Maka wasn't sure where Soul was or what Ragnarok was doing inside Crona's head, but for once, the pair of them were enjoying peace and complete silence. Crona had brought the word search books and colored pencils in a shy offer to spend time together. Maka had quickly gotten into the whole of it, scribbling intently in her word search book and blowing through the pages. After what could have been ten minutes or three hours, she noticed there was neither sound nor movement coming from her friend, and she looked up to see Crona fondly watching her. Her face went hot, "What?" With a shy little head-shake Crona's eyes lowered, a soft, sweet smile pointed at a half-finished word search from the beginning of the book. Maka felt guilty, "Crona?" Crona turned that little smile on Maka, then leaned in with the clear intent to kiss her, which was a bit startling. But she liked Crona. Crona was her good friend, a sweet person, someone that she could spend comfortable hours with. Crona hesitated a breath away from her lips, and she bridged the distance, pressing her mouth to Crona's, enjoying the taste of Crona's mouth against hers, soft and sweet, just like Crona.
